Cons

Dont be a slave, Dont work for this company, you will burnout quickly and when you need sickleave they will fire you without no reason. The salary is really low. The management is horrible. The company is greedy, they make ton of money but only give you a dime, eve you do all the work for them.

Pros

Team leaders and other customer support agents are super nice, friendly and helpful. Training you get when starting is good. You can work from home. Nice office. Okay work for short amount of time, but don't stay stuck there or they will drive you in a burn down.

Cons

Base salary very low compared to stress and amount of work (you can find so much better job with same salary) Management talks behind peoples back in very disrespectful way. Bonus is unreachable, you need to make 2500 tickets a month to get 200e bonus. Average people can make only 1500-2000 tickets. There's 2-3 people who can reach it, out of 20. You can expect to work most of your weekends. Customers are super rude, daily you deal with people who tells you to kill yourself or that they hope your family dies. People are quitting all the time and that's why they are all the time hiring. They don't focus on old employees or how to keep them happy, instead of they hire new people. People are getting fired for very random reasons (there’s also lawsuits against them about this). Only way to stay in company is to be a 'yes-man', take extra work for no compensation. If you say your opinion and suggest something to be changed, you will be seen as a negative person (and in the end fired). So if you want to get along with the management team in the office, don't voice out your opinion. They will give you new casinos all the time to learn, but you don't get compensation for these. Some people have only 4 casino brands and can chill, some people have 30 casino brands with multiple different platforms and constantly learning new and being stressed and everyone has still the same base salary.

Pros

Good salary when paid out accordingly Co-workers and night shift agents were really good

Cons

Too much time in front of the screen, company even claims to be in a different sector so they don't have to give 5 minute breaks for every hour spent in front of the screen. Clients can be a pain in the ass, and most team leaders don't seem to care which results in agents spending an hour or more on one client instead of doing 8+. Some team leaders and trainers seemed a bit unqualified for their position, many rumors and gossip floating around about the real reason why they are not getting fired. Hours can be horrible, expect to work the majority of your weekends
