The people. They are inclusive, passionate, global, diverse, and culture-driven team. People treat each other with respect, are open, honest and high performers. It starts with the CEO and the senior leadership team. They are aligned and people focused

Pros

Had few good projects now there are no new projects since one year

Cons

Salary hike gets delayed and HR never discuss with us about our hike just roll out letters. Our goals are still not discussed for 2020 but still you get fired for not achieveing the targets. All the new joiners are the Director friends who treat you bad. No appreciation for hard work , too much politics by directors and spend time on how to replace good employees Reduce townhall meeting and give us positive culture and please stop showing your ugly smile in townhall and talk realistic.

Thank you, for taking the time to review our company. We are an organisation that puts our employees first. We ensure we do what is right for our employees and therefore, solicit employee feedback, regularly. However, we would like to take this opportunity to point out that we are extremely focused on our employees and try to retain every employee who is a part of the sa.global family. This year, even though there was a delay in rolling out the merit letters, the appraisals were effective on 01 Jan 2020, and the arrears were paid to all. The appraisal ratings were individually communicated to the employees, in the same month and standard industry practice, based on individual performance, was followed during the appraisal period. At sa.global, we pay extra attention to hiring the right person for every role. Hence, our recruitment process comprises of interview rounds with at least three panelists. Sometimes, even more, when we hire for senior positions. As a global organization that is focused on great employee experiences, our townhall meetings are conducted to keep employees informed of everything that is happening in the organisation and to get each one's feedback. We believe that the only way to gain and keep the trust of our employees is to be open and transparent about our business. Hence, open forums like the townhall meetings are essential for employees to voice their opinions, concerns and feedback. Pros

It's a multinational company (might be pro for some). But there is no unity between the different offices. Each office does its own thing. Not an ideal MNC environment. And definitely no scope for travel or onsite (do not believe what the HR promises)

Cons

The company is run by 1-2 people. No one else matters. If you are someone who has ideas and wants to do things your way, then this is the wrong place. Only mediocre followers and 'Yes-Sirs' are encouraged here. There's ZERO transparency in matters of policy, appraisals, decisions etc. Zero scope to learn or grow for young talents. All decisions are made at the whim & fancy of a couple of selected people. This lack of transparency breeds an underlying fear in the organization which makes the work environment toxic
