Wouldn't recommend. Very different from what they appear to be in the interview.
Pros
People smile but not genuinely.
Cons
A school like mentality. There is not given too much space to new talents. There's a certain fear of failure from everyone starting from management and ending to the colleagues. As a new joiner, you're put in the center of attention. Even though in appearance everything seems to be fine but there's a judgy behavior towards everyone new. There's not too much diversity most of the people know each other. One would need a lot of time and effort to gain trust. The product is old but stable as long as there are clients who pay. It depends on the management directors as they have put themselves in a center of decision-making for almost everything. Micromanaging is also something you have to prepare yourself, once you work closely with them.
