Scheduled days are set every year with quarter to quarter adjustments as needed. For part time or new employees, however, the days can shift based on demand. Pay is well above Chicago minimum wage and above average relative to other labor-based positions, including addition of health insurance (with company contribution) and PTO above legal requirements. Tips are not calculated into pay, though are a nice bonus for Field Associates.
