- Small Agency - Good office location
Cons
- Very bad management - No job training, - you get thrown into work without any onboarding or training - Not flexible at all! Set hours, can't work from home, only 2 paid sick days. - Only 2 weeks paid vacation - Old school clock in and clock out system, get into trouble if you clock out too early or don't clock out for lunch. - Unpaid 30 min lunch breaks - High staff turnover rates - Too many clients to handle at once with tight deadlines - VERY low pay, employees are not compensated accurately. - No communication from managers about company updates. Example - when staff is leaving, when they are hiring, office moving etc.
