Pros
Employees are genuine and kind CEO is actually caring about his employees and wants them to feel like they belong.
Cons
Lack of structure in the digital marketing department, overwork, took management a long time to hire someone else in the department so I was the only one managing campaigns and strategies for every digital client. Lack of progression salary-wise. Refused offers for bigger salaries and better jobs because I believed in what sept24 could offer me and I liked the people, but it was a mistake,

Great place if you're looking for a job with lots of flexibility and the possibility to work from home.
Cons
No room to climb the ladder but a lot of possibilities to increase your knowledge about marketing HR, employer branding and much more.
