Pros

I’ve been with the company for 2 years, starting as a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager and now leading the sales team. The growth I’ve experienced here has been incredible, largely thanks to the empowering and supportive culture that the company fosters.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging as is often the case in sales roles. However, the management’s understanding and empowering approach helped me create a routine that works well with me.

I started my journey at SerVme as an accountant, but over time, Sarah the owner noticed my potential in other areas and gave me the opportunity to transition into customer success. Eventually, I was promoted to Customer Success Manager. I've been with SerVme for nearly 7 years now, and it's been an incredible journey. We're like a family here, and the environment is so welcoming and supportive It's a pleasure to grow alongside such a great team

As a new employee, there are some initial challenges that are part of the onboarding process. Adjusting to a new work environment and learning the company’s systems and culture can take time. While I haven’t encountered any negative aspects so far, the learning curve associated with getting up to speed with new tools and processes is a natural part of starting a new role. Overall, these initial challenges are expected and part of the journey to becoming fully integrated into the team.
