Friendly and highly qualified team. Great environmental cause to work for. OK work-life balance (but this depends on the employee too)
Cons
High levels of micromanagement from the CEO's side, every single decision is made by him and only if it represents a benefit for him. Recurrent financial problems: late payments, no salary raises in years, very old equipment to work with, the list goes on... Waves of people leaving the company should speak louder than words, yet the same poor practices are still in place.
