      Wonderful coworkers Great work life balance Fun work Great trainings

      Cons

      The company went out of business out of nowhere and told us all on a last minute scheduled town hall meeting. Awful way to handle a mass company shutdown. I loved working at Shopkick but very disappointed in how the parent company trax ended everything. Very bad taste.

      Lots of organizational changes

      Pros

      It was remote which was nice. The organization kept going through changes while I was there which made it hard to understand what our goals were. The engineering team was super helpful with helping us make better data tables to analyze data.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational changes made it hard to keep up with what we were trying to do. It caused us to repeat a lot of projects because they were considered "new" but really had already been tested before.
