      My team lead was very easy to work with and very helpful when I was stuck with something.

      Upper management had zero leadership skills and expected an already small team to hit numbers that were completely out of the question.

      Vacation days when there is not work

      Worst bosses ever. They will fire you randomly and put you on a PIP with no actual feedback for you to improve. No training and no direction: the Compnay is growing but not position wise. There is no where to go as your career grows and management will lie and say there is. The bosses in Des Plaines are the rudest people ever and will boss you around with no direction or thank you. You will never get the recognition or respect you deserve and it’s a boys club.
