Pros
- Hardworking employees are trying to help each other in chaotic times. - Kitchen with carbs and caffeine to boost performance. - Friday lunch is paid for employees. - Above-average salary (if you are persistent and ask for it).
Cons
All those Pros cannot make up for a lack of leadership qualities. - Priorities are constantly shifting, - Employees are turning into firemen putting out issues caused by overreaching goals and are overworked, asked to work overtime into the night without proper compensation. - Those who want to keep work/life balance or work hygiene are accused of a lack of loyalty to the company. - When there is an issue, management is not taking responsibility but is more likely to blame employees. - The company (top management) is trying to impose rules of a bigger corporate company on this up to 40 people business, yet it doesn't understand the needs of the people. Those rules apply only to some, not to all. - Issues (the lack of a workforce, proper processes, killer deadlines) of normal employees are ignored. - If you work there long enough, you will end up mentally and physically drained.
