Company was great for the first couple of months, appearing as very progressive & flexible. I do admit that the product is quite cool and will be really amazing in a few years.

Cons

Many staff are uncomfortable with management. Director gossips about team members behind their back & provides emotional abuse rather than structured feedback. If the boss could have it their way - you'd be working weekends and 10-12 hour days.
