- The sales team can't compete with the Engineering team. The engineers kept delivering new and interesting features but the sales didn't scale up. Very honestly, for the product that is developed by the company, Covid should have been a massive opportunity, which didn't happen.
- A company that develops HR products but does not have an HR department. This leads to a lack of career planning and difficulty when leading with legal stuff. Honestly, I don't see many ways to improve within the company that isn't wage-related.
- The company goals keep changing. There isn't a clear strategy for the future.
- Some positions inside the company sound like ego boosters.
- Lack of human sensitivity. Some collaborators were put in a tough position overnight due to bad management decisions. Those people were treated very poorly by the management.
- Honestly, I could spend the night over here.
