When I joined the company was in recovery mode from COVID, which hit the travel industry hard, but they were focused on finding a positive path to recovery and had some great team members focused on making it happen.
Cons
Unfortunately everything fell apart in the end. The company continued to struggle with financial needs in the aftermath of COVID, the private equity company was forced to back out, and the company became fully owned by the bank, who was focused purely on the bottom line and not wanting to take the time to understand what the struggles in the travel industry were at the time. Leading in the end to the company failing
