Pros

remote work, tech seems kinda cool

Cons

No official HR, hard to get ahold of people and no one responds in a timely manner. staff is way overloaded - expect long hours, weekends very often. The interview was so easy seems like they're just trying to fill seats because of such a high turnover (got an offer just a few hours after a first call with no coding questions). Cant learn actually coding because you just use their drag and drop platform. Given a 3-month contract and they never reviewed after the time was up, just expected our group to keep working without any benefits or transition without any communication about it.

Pros

team overall is easy to talk too

Cons

poor management, no work life balance, low pay, expect many late nights and weekends because the timelines are way too short for deliverables and turns into a blame game instead of solving the problems at the root. Easy to burn out and no company culture present at all

Pros

Coworkers are nice Good benefits Happy hour in the office

Cons

Terrible pay. 3 month Probation period is joke, they will extend it until your at-least a year there. But when you ask about it to management you get ignored for 6 months straight. Stop telling people about a 3 month probationary period if you're not willing to promise that to your employees. You'll be underpaid here. CEO is a joke. All he likes to do it to point fingers and never takes accountability for anything, likes to bully everyone. Needs to hire better management, or at least train them to do a better job. They expect you to be on call after working hours.. always. It doesn't matter if it's 8 , 9 or 10pm they expect you to help and then get mad at you for when you don't help. They play favorites, they only answer your message if they like you and give you raises if they like you. You have to fight for a respond back and raise. There is no HR. No one is management has actual experience in managing staff. Which is why there is poor management. Very understaff. They add projects after projects expecting things to get done quickly and efficiently but in no way that is possible with the very little staff there is. Ever since snapIoT got bought out at least 10 people have left the company, most of them have been with the company for 5+ years and it was a mixed of upper management and regular employees.(Keep in mind this is small company with less than 100 employees) So far there has been 10 people that have left and more people are leaving each month. I believe this says a lot about the company itself.
