      Management that understand their client base and just want the best solutions for their customers Friendly working environment Good career progression Exposure to the latest technologies Each day is different with new challenges On the job technical training Free parking

      Cons

      This is no fault of soVision IT but working in Managed Services is hard graft which brings its own set of unique challenges and obstacles

      Close to the high street and transport links. Excellent Dev team.

      Cons

      You end up working 24/7. Lack of support from management. Lack on investment in staff. Lack of training.

      Pros

      A really good culture - everyone friendly and co-operative. Great premises with good parking, pub opposite and good transport links. Approachable management who are realistic and understanding. Genuinely an enjoyable place to work with good people who all want to succeed.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy at times, but that's true of anywhere.
