      Pros

      At spriteCloud you are not a number but they have an eye for you as a person. You also get the space to realize your ambitions and very important the atmosphere in the company is very good!

      Cons

      I do not have any bad experiences yet with spriteCloud. A tip: do not try to run too fast, do it with smart policy!

      It will give you a work visa if you want to come to the Netherlands

      Cons

      1. There is no good process for hiring people and more than this they promote people to some positions even if they are not qualified technically 2. There is no professional process to deal with the employees, the managers prefer to micromanage the people, and more than this they are not qualified 3. They make you lose your working focus because they will include you in a lot of hassle 4. The funny thing is they are hiring people with specific experiences and after that, they will ask you to not work with those experiences and learn new things to work with

      A lot of potential, little results

      The company has a lot of potential, the position has been sold in the best way but results are pretty bad. Too much bureaucracy, no salary increases despite the good feedbacks from project clients.

      Too much focus on saving cents and little focus on employees happiness and satisfaction
