      Pros

      Great people who are passionate about their jobs, team spirit and everyone chips in to get the work done, nice company perks, management are approachable and easy to speak to, company does lots of charity work and team activities outside of the office

      Cons

      Suffering from a bit of an identity crisis post-merger, unwillingness to formally train up staff, not much career progression opportunities, car parking shortage

      Pros

      lots of support, director has good vision and knows his stuff, culture of work-hard play-hard, good appraisal system, creative philosophy, good team dynamic, get to work with some of the worlds best brand on exciting projects, director listens and makes change accordingly

      Cons

      basic salary isn't great, holiday and benefits are pretty statutory, small business so difficult career progression unless you move. That said I probably wouldn't be in the position to move to a higher salary if I hadn't learnt the things I did in this job!
