Nice office and great team to work with

Leadership and owners are all over the place. They come up with an idea overnight and it’s balls to the wall make these changes asap to see if it’s better. Metrics don’t matter, if you are the top performer and meeting or exceeding all expectations, your job is not stable! No work life balance, expected to answer calls all night.
