      A good growing company to learn how metal industry works.

      Pros

      Flexible company, good communication and friendly colleagues, good work location conditions, good base training.

      Cons

      The work involves mainly making projects inside the office, mostly involves dealing with foreign clients. However English is the official working language. This job requires a lot of attention to a numerous details. Normally it requires 2 years to be completely fully independent.

      Toxic place to work, lots of politics Organizational structure is ad hoc. management does not know what is going on and, if they would do, cowardously lack the capability to implement the necessary measures to put the company back on track again.
