      Pros

      The employees want to make a great product.

      Cons

      suitX, CEO is dishonest and will contract with consultants with no intentions of paying them. The CEO is demoralizing and irrational to work for and ignorant of medical device manufacturing. Pay is extremely low.

      suitX decided not to pay for the fraudulent invoices from RCQ Consulting Services because: 1) the invoices were exaggerated ($5000 per week), 2) the invoices had no work description, and 3) the work done by RCQ Consulting Services was substantially substandard. suitX has a high work standard and has zero tolerance for inept consultants with fraudulent and exaggerated invoices.

      There really isn't any, the CEO didn't look after the manufacturing team, he was already well establish professor but a really crappy business man

      Cons

      Half of the original manufacturing crew either quit or is dead

      Cool products, Two of the panel interviewers (founders) were intelligent, asked good questions and seemed ethical.

      Cons

      Unethical and unprofessional CEO/co-owner. 7 year start up and was unimpressed with level of accomplishments within production and materials areas.
