Pros
You can work remotely and get the work done rather quickly and then spend the majority of your time binge watching Netflix or doing things around the house.
Cons
Management is horrible!! There is little to no coordination between any department. It's pretty much a free for all as long as you get the outcome needed, you can get there doing it however you want. There are no standard processes. They claim to be the end all, be all to supplier diversity. They just download lists of small and diverse businesses from online and state run databases. There is nothing special about them because it is just a long list of companies they got from the internet and through compiling info clients send them. Trust no one here! Everyone is out for themelves and when they are "helping" you, they are actually giving you just enough info that you can get by but not enough to do a good job.
