      Pros

      Most employees are top notch... brand is positive.

      Cons

      CEO is awful, demeaning and degrades employees often. He also often throws employees under the bus for his own mistakes. Has not fulfilled incentive promises, while cutting pay and benefits. The culture is unbearable with micromanagement and finger pointing in an industry that is rapidly dissolving. Working conditions are terrible and expectations are totally unrealistic.

      Don't Work Here SERIOUSLY

      A/C, free yogurt, not a difficult job to figure out, sometimes customers will tip.

      Cons

      Majority of the customers are very rude religious people, the management is INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE, there was awful poor organization skills by the management, there was also no opportunity to move up in the business at all. The owners will lie to your face and pretend you are doing a fine job but will talk behind your back or to other coworkers about you instead of talking to you about what you should be working on to fix the issue. I was let go from this establishment for(with permission) running a tip contest and making $177 dollars in the contest which is more than I would have made during a 9 hour shift. This was not fair and I could have fought this, but the job honestly is not worth the hassle.
