      Don't trust the CEO/Founder. He always has his ways to blame others and not taking responsibility to what he did.

      Pros

      The team was great except to the board & CEO not being transparent to the team.

      Cons

      If you see that he is opening another company, please do not join. He is the worst! He looks nice and that he will not do anything bad but he will! He always blames others for a bad situation he is responsible for. He removed us all of us without getting the salary and other compensation! poor communication!

      Pros

      The perks of working at en early stage startup: spirit and energy of founders and workers. Being closely part and having a say on the product creation and evolution. Passionate CEO. Great work atmosphere when things go well.

      Cons

      The downsides of working at an early stage startup: the need to get founded and the stress that comes with it which was passed on by management onto the employees. Long hours are expected of you with no tangible reward in return. Inexperienced and hard-to-work with CTO Lack of understanding of the technical challenges faced and appropriate planning

      Pros

      Having worked at many companies, I don't think I've come across a team as passionate as sync. Everyone works so hard to come together and build an incredible product, it really is amazing to see. I've found you get back what you put in. If you're willing to spend the time building relationships within the team, people will give you that time back and that's when it becomes an amazing place to work. The team really have this feel of a small family all working together for the same goal that's it's such a great place to come to work.

      Cons

      Like most start-ups it's not a place where you can hide and get by by doing the bare minimum. If you're not contributing and delivering you will be found out, so you have to be willing to work hard. But it's all worth it at the end of the day.
