Pros

Good for Freshers to get started....!but not so good from the experienced persons point of view ,also good for the one's who want to live a retired life.

Cons

Degraded my career as lots of politics happened to me ,Overpowering of the Client who has major stakes in the company, humiliates the employee as if they are their personal property, deceive the employee at offshore by showing them dreams of working in US by showing them office culture over there and comparing the US n Indian Office culture. Recruiting the persons who has less caliber for the profile of that particular job and by doing favouritism to those who are by recommendations. Dominance of South Indian People as the clients have that race more in the US client side.

Pros

Ready to learn how to take insults every day? Learn how not to do everything but work? Learn how to cheat and by-pass the system? Become a politician? Join this Co.

Cons

E V E R Y T H I N G! Why force ppl to lie writing good reviews? Only a few clients. no clear direction. The captain of the ship sits in the US and knows nothing what's happening in Pune, Kolhapur, Mumbai of even in the US. Only 2 ppl from the US Office, one an accountant who thinks and acts as if she knows everything and the CEO who other than the technology knows nothing about management.

Pros

Salary gets deposited in time. Company was started with a great vision by an ordinary person having great foresight. To produce job market, it was started in tier 3 city. It was a good decision overall as created local employment and soon established as renowned name in Kolhapur IT park. It started SAP education with doing partnership with SAP. As the CEO was having close connections with one of the VP of the US major client, this gave an opportunity to spread the business in various IT functions such as Java, iOS, Android, ERP, QA, CRM. Looking at the landscape, company started to work in India Recruitment business, UK Recruitment, US Recruitment. Soon they became Gold Partner with Top 5 consulting companies. In a way it was growing with a rapid pace. It even didn't shatter with the slowdown of 2008 and stood well. But this was all through 2013.

Cons

Post 2013 company even though grew but lost the trust of employees. Reasons are as below. 1. There is no IT leader in company who can do the new acquisition of clients. 2. Senior person at Leadership level in India does not understand SDLC phases. So simply cannot relate what's going on in organization. Whatever inputs are received are by the so called HR who does not even interact with the people except for scolding. 3. No upfronting with the client from offshore leadership. 4. No new technologies which are being embraced by the same size companies. 5. Adding sponsored glassdooor reviews. 6. No clear vision in what do we need to do in 2 years, 1 year, 6 months etc. So when they hire resource and if that resource leaves, they simply do not look for replacement. So whatever invested on the recource is simply wasted. 7. Recruited senior resource but did not give them any ownership or responsibility. People who had pride they left on their own instead of pink slip. 8. Rather than going face to face with resource for any conflicts, they use all ill treated policies in poking the matter through daily 5pm IST call with HR where they disuccc items like who went for Tea Break and with whom and for how much time etc. 9. Primary task of HR Management is absolutely forgotten both by Leadership and HR that is adversly affecting the company. 10. Rather than working positively on glassdoor feedbacks, reverse engineering starts with the 'who said what and when and where and how and why' ? Non billable resources will add spice to this to be blue eyed boy in front of leadership. 11. No decentralisation of Leadership role for Kolhapur and Pune office. Half hearted attempts to win the clients clearly lacking the ownership. 12. Always kept senior resources in dark with a fear that they might well surpass the leadership in no time. 13. Keeping the important documents such as School Leaving Certificate etc in custody as part of retention bond on stamp paper.
