Straight downhill ever since the new leadership took in place

There are still very few individuals in the company who still cares to get the job done but can't think of anything else - the new leadership took everything about what used to be decent about this company and burned it down to the ground.
Cons
"Unlimited" PTO policy is a complete lie. It's there so they don't have to pay out PTO balance to people when they quit AND to prevent employees to take PTO when they need to. All PTO requests MUST be reviewed by the CTO/CEO which is absolutely unheard of in this industry. Worst PTO policy I have ever dealt with. WLB is horrible. Be expect to work after hours, on weekends, AND holidays. Constant change of requirements and directions with no clear guidance of where the business is headed to. Close to no communication from chief officers to contributors. New CEO only held couple of company wide stand up meetings since he took over. Majority of the company is ran by the contractors. All the good talents who used to be here already left and they went the extra mile by letting go of bunch of great talent. There is really no future in this company and is a sinking ship. Avoid this place at all cost.
