talent.io offered flexible working hours and a dynamic start-up environment, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable workplace. There were also many learning opportunities and chances to grow professionally.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company is currently in a tough situation and has not handled it very well. Many employees were laid off with no notice and inadequate compensation, which has led to low morale and uncertainty for those who remain.
