Strange culture where people informed on each other to senior managers The go to market model was a mess, no precise contracts, strange licens model, no care for customers or partners.

Very little documentation, a bit chaotic. Some management decisions seem a bit random, organisational changes are very common. Very high anttrition unfortunately despite the good environment.
