As an ex-employee of Tech carrot, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience working for this company. While there were some positive aspects, they were greatly overshadowed by several critical issues that made it an unpleasant and discouraging work environment. No work-life balance: Techcarrot lacked a proper work-life balance, which significantly impacted the well-being of its employees. The company seemed to prioritize work output over the physical and mental health of its staff. The demanding workload and long working hours left little room for personal life, leading to burnout and frustration among employees. No job security and frequent layoffs: The constant cloud of uncertainty loomed over every employee due to the company's frequent layoffs. The lack of job security instilled fear and anxiety in the workforce, negatively affecting morale and productivity. It felt like being on thin ice, never knowing when the next round of layoffs would occur. Not proper work processes or methods used: Techcarrot lacked standardized work processes or methods, resulting in inefficiencies and confusion within teams. The absence of clear guidelines and proper training hindered professional growth and caused unnecessary errors in project deliverables. HR team is not supportive: The HR team at Techcarrot did little to address the concerns of the employees. They seemed indifferent to the issues raised and often failed to provide adequate support during challenging times. This lack of empathy and responsiveness created a disconnect between the workforce and the HR department. CEO is arrogant: The leadership at Techcarrot, particularly the CEO, displayed a concerning level of arrogance. Instead of fostering an open and collaborative atmosphere, the CEO's attitude created a tense and hostile work environment. This behaviour trickled down through the company's hierarchy, contributing to a toxic corporate culture. Final settlement and exit process is very tedious: Upon leaving the company, I faced an excessively tedious and time-consuming exit process. The paperwork and bureaucratic hurdles made the departure feel unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating. It was disappointing to end my tenure with such an ordeal.
