None, just a scummy bunch of con-artists, I left my job of 7 years to work at the Lake Forest Location and 24 hours before my start date they call me to change the pay structure... Are you kidding me?? Talking with the labor board and attorney now...

Cons

Yes I left my 100k a year job at another lender to work here and they pull this stunt on me. If they bait and switch their own people what do you think they would do to their brokers? Just a scummy bunch of OC mortgage slim balls, you guys are the reason that no one wants to deal with California banks and fake it to you make it, is NOT the way to do business. Thank God I was able to get my old job back...

Very low pay, abusive treatment from management, they will threaten you with termination if you don't hit a goal even when you are very close to it, one employee threatened suicide in October and another employee threatened the life of a coworker all due to the stress of the job.

Good co-workers and $5 worth of free food. That’s about it.

Cons

Complete lack of professionalism and leadership. Ownership and executive leadership completely blind to the toxic work environment on the sales floor. With owners and sr management locked in their offices, the patients are running the asylum. In regards to production, approvals and locks have a history of not being honored, conditions added at closing and pricing not competitive. About half the AE’s are on write ups so moral is at an all time low.
