Here the work culture is pathetic. You need to be at the office for at least 16 hours a day for completing your task. I am working as a java developer for 6 months here. The shift timing was from 2pm to 11pm. But it's just not what the real timing is. You can only finish the work at lest by 6am or 7am in the morning. They are giving target which are never realistic. Most of the time is spending in calling with the client. Client always shift their plans. You need to rewrite a module many times until the client gets satisfied. Most of the projects in java are like this. There is no work life balance. You need to come for most Saturdays and Sundays. They tell you can take compensatory off. But they never give it. HR people are adding fake reviews.
