When I joined I immediately felt the positive vibe of this workplace. From the supportive management team to the friendly and enthusiastic colleagues, everyone works together to create an environment where people feel valued, respected, and motivated to give their best. One of the things that truly sets this company apart from other workplaces is the incredible opportunities it provides its employees to improve not only professionally but also as individuals. I became the official videographer and photographer only a few months ago and I already feel way different from the moment I joined. The company encourages personal growth and development and offers training and support to help employees reach their full potential. The founders are quite open and comprehensive, always ready to hear your needs and when possible fulfil them. Moreover, working with an international team is truly exceptional. Right now the team is made by people coming from 8 different countries and our differences make develop and expand our point of view, encouraging our creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
