During my tenure, I had the chance to work across mobile apps, backend systems, and parts of the customer website and internal tools. * Exposure to end-to-end product development and cross-functional collaboration. * Supportive and capable team, which made execution smoother and learning more effective.
Cons
* Workload can occasionally be high, especially during critical phases, which may feel overwhelming at times. * Team bonding activities and get-togethers are relatively infrequent. (wish these were more frequent)
