      * Strong ownership opportunities across multiple areas. During my tenure, I had the chance to work across mobile apps, backend systems, and parts of the customer website and internal tools. * Exposure to end-to-end product development and cross-functional collaboration. * Supportive and capable team, which made execution smoother and learning more effective.

      Cons

      * Workload can occasionally be high, especially during critical phases, which may feel overwhelming at times. * Team bonding activities and get-togethers are relatively infrequent. (wish these were more frequent)

Beyond that, the HR, Accounts, and Sales teams were incredibly supportive, approachable, and always willing to help—making the work environment even more enjoyable.
