Hybrid schedule. The people are nice.

Cons

Constant structural changes which will have you working not only the position you were hired to do but a whole other position completely. Lack of support from upper management. Constantly hinted at pay raise which was “not possible”. Lack of training. Employees are constantly leaving.

Unorganized Company, No training or Development, No work, life, balance. You only get paid twice a month. Constant changes without direction. Hiring turnaround is about every 6 months to a year,
