They make everything seem fantastic at the interview; pretend that their company is a well-oiled machine, when it's certainly not. Management will take you for all your worth and then some. You know it's not the right company to work for when a job offer is made to somebody and then after that person gives 2 weeks notice to their current employer, the job offer (from transFORM) is retracted, and that's only the tip of the iceberg! Good luck if a design you're involved with is messed up in the littlest way! The flow of the design process completely breaks down and efforts to keep the customer satisfied become scarce.
