      Time off from work is not an issue. You can take off whenever

      Cons

      Rules change from one day to the next. You never know what to do as services depends on who screams the most. Management don't have a CLUE on what's going on. More concerned about the outer appearance of the company than the REAL issues. Forced to donate to certain charities because that charities provides funds to certain programs. We had a staff member go to that same organization for help and they denied her help but wanted her to donate money to the company.

      Great mission and lots of opportunities for learning. Usually great support from your team.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits. Health care package sucks, PTO is terrible, no sick time, no tuition reimbursement, no raises, no incentives to work hard. There are people who have been there 15+ years making less than $13/hr. That's disgraceful. Management takes advantage of salaried people and overworks them, especially in residential.
