Very good work life balance, has similar benefits as most tech companies, friendly people

Cons

As this is project based company, moving between projects is basically same as moving between companies but with no real benefits, so probably you would be stuck working on same project.

- Colleagues were nice people - Office and hybrid work conditions were good

Cons

- Many old systems with high technical dept and no documentation - Both client and employee satisfaction not very high - Lost some important benefits written in my contract due to being too trusting - Some cases of senior level developers being disrespectful or mocking other developers for using dedicated channels to ask for advice
