The flexibility and autonomy you get is really something else! Another thing I really appreciate is people and relationships. Starting from a really human hiring process, through 6 month onboarding period, to spending time after work with my work colleagues. The decision-making process might get tough sometimes due to our flat structure. Also, profit sharing model has its pros and cons :)
