      very small company, nice people, ok tech, little opp growth

      Pros

      very nice people working there overall. small company so you'll have access to all execs.

      Cons

      very small company & management makes sweeping changes before the dust even settles from the last major overhaul. there is an air of desperation about the place & feels like they are trying to position themselves for a buy out.

      Many people on the team are wonderful to work with

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic, the culture is bad for my mental health. Blatant lying to employees in order to underpay them. Major decisions made with no data or sound reasoning, ignoring pushback from internal teams and customers.

      Pros

      People are nice and try to have a sense of community. I think everyone wants to do good and support /drive impact for students, but limitations in product.

      Cons

      Product was not as robust as it was said to be and lots of micromanagement
