Pros

Actually BIG ZERO. Don't join

Cons

1. Product is worst and hence it is difficult to sell. Now every customer read reviews on Google before buying any product. If rating is below 3 . How one should believe you? Even you loose confidence over your product because customers are not getting any positive results. 2. Policy and agreement are worst part. I worked at ByjU's before and left company after 14 days. They paid me training money. Here, they won't pay you single money if you leave organisation in 45 days. You have to serve notice period. And they torture you like a hell in notice period. 3. Managers are the people who was previously working in call centers and they don't have professionalism. They only know how to fool theirs customers and loot their money. 4. Founder and co founder have no professionalism and humanity. They expectpt from covid patient to work even he is not feeling well. They concern about revnue. 5. Salary not on time and lot of deductions if you fail to make sales. 6. Go big or go zero means do sales or they will terminate you. 7. Targets for fresher for the 1st month is 1 lakh and it's almost impossible to achieve. But they play trick and deduct your salary.. 10. Mass hiring is there so they don't bother about loyality of employee. You can leave anytime and they won't pay you single penny. 10. HR are the true liars here so beware from them.

Pros

The fact that you get to work from home but alas that's only applicable until we get rid of Covid-19.

Cons

I would first like to start off with the fact that what they tell you about the company during the interview is going to be miles apart from what it actually is. It's kind of like a mirage in a desert. It's there, but it's actually not there. You have to deal with next level pressure here, I believe factory workers also for that matter are not pressurized like that. You have to keep justifying why they should not mark you absent. The system is like a typical BPO. Freshers will get attracted here just because of the salary which also if you come to think of, is far less compared to the efforts that you're supposed to putting in. They actually force their employees to write fake reviews on Glassdoor or other job portals to lure in candidates that are looking for a decent job with a decent pay.

Pros

Haha Nothing! I didnt find a zero star rating so giving 1

Cons

The Whole Company and their Crappy mindset as they think Indians will even die for money. Of course sales is a pressure handling job , You can handle pressure but not exploitation. They will give you a bin full of Indian leads and if you don't get a sale on a particular day you should extend even till midnight 12 , no idea what will a person do with indian leads after 9 pm The best part is HR never responds and you ownt even get a salary slip.Nearly 17000 was cut from my salary and didn't even get a clarification document. Hire and Fire and threatening the sales people with that They attract people with hire packages but don't have a solid structure at all .Bharath who takes care of sales will look like a motivator but don't trust all they need is to work without even taking breaks.Their metrics are based on talktime and number of dials but you can't question them about the leads. They tell you good english communication and your native language is enough but half the leads wont speak the language you speak , Zero benefits , They treat you like slaves , better to work as a janitor happily than working in that environment, They have sales analyst but their job is to monitor talktime not the calls and leads .Complete disaster environment , Don't fall into the trap
