I worked at uSTADIUM for a long time. Frank (CEO) and Nick (COO) run the company. They’re pretty cool guys but when it comes to running a company, I’m not entirely sure they’re suited to do so. The company ran in circles when I was there and we saw very little growth, if any. In my opinion, there were clear paths we could’ve taken that could’ve led to growth that Nick and Frank refused to take. The company is still struggling to grow and I believe the main concern is that Nick and Frank refuse to acknowledge their flaws, refuse to hire outside help, and have no real plan for the short/long term future.
On a personal note, when I tried to leave the company (keep in mind I worked for free my entire tenure, as does everyone), they were not happy about it. They tried to convince me to stay but when it came down to me leaving, they were very unprofessional about it. They insulted me and other former employees. It is what it is - I believe it was just the frustration of the lack of growth the company has seen over the last few years.
