      if you like being under paid and over worked then this is the place for you

      Cons

      low pay, no benefits, low holiday, very back stabbing culture and you will only go far if you become freinds with one director. this place has made it hard for me to get a new job now. the hr team are out to get you too. known in the industry for being bad!!!!

      Pros

      Depending on your team, line manager etc., it can be a very fun, social place to work. They do offer study support etc. They do offer sick pay now but only from recently (post-COVID). Depending on if you get lucky with roles opening above you, they do seem to prefer to internally promote people.

      Cons

      Massive change in management, especially in finance, means no one high up seems to know what they're doing and leaves lower-level staff with 0 support. Block team have a massive turnover of staff, and is very cliquey. Management don't listen to real concerns from staff, and brush issues off. Pay is below market rates for most roles.

      None the salary was ok but in terms of the amount of work load you have you are actually working for peanuts

      Everyone in the residential block team are related. It’s a really incestious toxic environment. I’m currently looking for work elsewhere. In the last year 7 employees have the customer service team, Property Managers are like a revolving door. Only the family that is all related stays. They then all get promoted as they stick together like glue. Terrible bullying environment to work in. The customer service team is all brand new as everyone left. The last Property Manager was bullied out of the job, and nobody cares. Don’t make the mistake I did, as soon as you realise how bad it is, you will be off like the rest of us.
