Solid open source product with really smart engineers building cool stuff
Cons
Micromanaging CEO with no clue how to lead or motivate people. Will berate you for doing anything other than exactly what he told you to do. Don’t try to think for yourself.

Pros
Wonderful culture. Everybody is approachable and has well-reasoned opinions. No silly ego-games. No micro-management or other such ills.
Cons
Working across a distributed team has some challenges, such as timezones which require flexibility. Also, remote-first mindset may take some some adjustments.
