Pros

Was in high demand throughout pandemic.

Cons

Horribly run company with terrible leadership that make you feel your job could be gone at any given moment. Favoritasim is huge here. If you aren’t a top 3 sales rep you are given the bad leads and are treated completely different. Watch out for Muhammad Younas, he’s got a lot to learn on how to run a company. Everyone I worked with has since left aside from those top 3 people I mentioned as they are hand fed leads.

Pros

You can learn things about the virtual/hybrid event industry if you're a self learner.

Cons

They treat employees like slaves and underpay their employees terribly. No benefits and no regard for any employees time. There is no work-life balance whatsoever and constant anxiety because of the way they conduct business.
