Pros

-Dynamic businesses to deal with. -Young employees at lower tiers. -Helpful people. -Tech is fairly abreast with the industry. -Rapidly growing company with top tier employees associated with industry leaders. -Extremely high profile client leads. -Moderate to high level of transparency.

Cons

Following is not an outburst, but an observation over a long span of time. Downgrading my rating from 5 stars to 2. -The quality of treatment towards lower tier employees is reducing by day. -Salary hikes are a bare 5%-10% which is way lower considering the existing peanut offerings. -Constant patterns of disrespect and gaslighting. -1 HR for 70 employees who takes care of administration work only. -No consideration of employees' morale, constant false promises are being given. -Delusional "AI" product. -No ways of assessing ourselves, random calls from managers scolding over petty issues. -Everyone is shy of appreciating their colleagues. -Will end up giving a false delusion of "we are family" if any problem is raised. -Talents are being wasted who are doing things they weren't hired for. CONSIDER JOINING HERE TWICE UNLESS YOU ARE FILLING IN FOR A HIGHER POSITION.

Thanks for taking the time to write a detailed review but sad to know that your opinion of the firm has gone southwards. I can see why from the reasons you've listed. Most of them link back to one single problem which not just us, everyone around the world is facing - having to work from home. The problem got compounded for us as we grew from a 30 people team before lockdown to 65+ now, meaning more than half the team joined during the lockdown and never got to meet others, till date. Talking on video calls with camera switched off cuts out the non-verbal part of communication completely. It reduces empathy as well. WFM also eliminates the off-work banter which would help smoothen out the rough experiences of the day. I can go on with the issues WFM creates. But now, as you know, we've planned to resume our offices and with that I see things improving. Having said this, you would have seen the results of the anonymous feedback that we collected from everyone. It's clear that the problems that you've mentioned are restricted to a team or two as vast majority have given an extremely positive feedback. But that does not mean that we won't try our best to solve the problems even if only a few are facing those. I'd request you to give me a little more hint as to which team are we talking about for me to take corrective action. You may submit an anonymous post on our internal forum or fill the feedback form one more time with more details. I'd dearly like to solve the issues you've faced and ensure your experience goes back to 5 star :)

Pros

Stop putting in fake positive reviews. The actual rating should be much lower.

Cons

- Cheap politics in teams because kids get promoted to lead positions here - Felt like a school kid everyday, manager had no sense of how to talk - Very low compensation packages - Lack of experience in the upper management - Employees are treated like enemies - Very poor work life balance - Freshers are brought in with 2 year bond periods - No proper farewell or gift for a lot of folks even after putting in years for this company - CEO has no vision

It's not fair to write things which are not true just because you didn't get a farewell. Tell me how can we give you a farewell if you abscond? Why blame us?

Pros

Glassdoor suggested to talk as a friend. I'll be honest, there are no pros; absolutely none! IF YOU ARE HERE AND READING THE REVIEWS, READ THE NEGATIVE ONES FIRST!!! The actual rating of the company is below 3.3 (I calculated)

Cons

Seriously? Why do you have to stoop so low and put in fake reviews. People couldn't even do a good job in it, there's a common pattern among the positive reviews. Apart from this, please don't join this organisation. They ruined a good product and now are playing blame game on everyone. There is no system in place anywhere, randomly the managers will act good and suddenly weird. Nobody has any proper prior experience. The talent pool is staying for unknown reasons, but when they quit, it's game over (very likely).

I can feel the hurt in your words and I understand it. And I'm sure once the anger subsides, you'll realise that blaming the company for the wrong reasons was not the right way to vent. Not everyone is able to keep pace with the team around and we always try to help such people as you yourself have experienced multiple times during your tenure with us. However, after a point, one needs to take tough decisions and we too had to take one keeping the larger interest of the team and the company in mind. Blaming the company and writing incorrect reviews about it on public forums is not the most mature way of reacting to the decision and which in a way also validates the decision. I've personally explained the reason to you when we last spoke and I'm willing to discuss it again. Feel free to reach out and don't worry, I won't be bringing up this review in the discussion :)
