All Pros are from the past when the company started as Metro Van Pool and people cared. Things were good then for all employees.

Cons

Employees on the field level are over worked, under paid and not appreciated. Everyone from Ann down the management tree knows how to lie, spend way too much money on eating out, hotels, cars and trying to look important when they don't even have a clue what is going on. The company on was the selling block for at least a year before it was sold. I believe that Ann was brought in to blow smoke up everyone's rear end and get it ready to sell. All the while acting liked she really cared for the little people that made things happen.
