Pros

At vdiscovery, we have good employee relations and fair treatment. It is a very close-knit atmosphere. Mentoring and promoting is a big plus, I've seen many people grow in ways they didn't think possible. If they see something in you, there's no doubt in my mind that you yourself could become a part of management one day. I've seen it!

Cons

I am happy here at the time, no complaints necessary.

Pros

The location is convenient to Grand Central Station and Jack's 99 cent World. You might be able to get a discount on printing your wedding invitations and banners! They also own Village Copier (see reviews) and PHP Printing House Press.

Cons

Most employees work hard for very little pay. No chance for advancement. Management is mean at times and unprofessional. Be aware that family members work here. Revolving door. Poor work environment in an old building.

TOXIC

Pros

This section asks you to write something positive about the company .. the only thing I can think of is the midtown location.

Cons

Avoid at all costs. Management abuses employees regularly, plays favorites, and pits employees one against another. Very Toxic Work Environment. Management routinely underpays employees while looking to squeeze for time and level of production. Revolving door.
