Business outlook
Pros
Code goes into production. Not just "work on stuff" that never goes live. Get to work with some very smart people. The office environment is quite nice as are most of the people. The company pays for your cell-phone bill (no office phones)
Cons
An extremely steep learning curve to get started on some of the systems. Many of the staff are from one of two families. There are times when the stress level is high due to deadlines It is a small company - so not much growth for those looking to enter management
