      Pros

      The management team is committed to the business and is very excited about the growth. The laid back environment is great for a work-life balance. Employees plan after hour activities and enjoy each others company.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, there is area for improvement in communication. The management team recognizes the issues and continues to try to improve.

      Pros

      - Fantastic atmosphere to work in. - Allowed you to challenge yourself to get better and better. - Gave you the tools you needed to get your job done.

      Cons

      - I personally dislike travel but that was my only con to working here. I'm sure this wouldn't be a con for someone else. - Working on call was not the most fun in the world. But that's what you sign up for in this position.
